Open to any individual eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Individual members are entitled to one (1) vote.

Open to all families, defined as up to two (2) adults and any children under the age of eighteen (18) permanently residing in the household.
Family memberships are entitled to two (2) votes.

Open to individual youth who have not reached the age of eighteen (18) by January 1st in the year the membership is established.
Youth/Student members are non-voting.
